Visions of a huge vertical seaside city

Dutch illustrator Jesse van Dijk imagines what a huge vertical seaside city would look like in a world where dry land is very precious. This imaginary city would probably reside in an inactive volcanic crater and be built on a huge pillar in the middle of it. Amazing drawings!
