Singapore, Taiwan and HK get their own PlayStation Home

pshome

Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore are having their own PlayStation Home, a ground-breaking 3D social gaming community available on PS3 that allows users to interact, communicate and share gaming experiences. Users in these three countries will be sharing one single space together.

PlayStation Home users can create and customize their own unique avatars and explore virtual community in real time where they can communicate freely through text or voice chat. There is a variety of entertainment content such as mini-games, videos and special events to enjoy together with friends. You can also create your own community with other PlayStation Home users who share the same interests.

PlayStation Home is now available as a free download and will launch directly from the PlayStation Home icon on the PlayStation Network column of XMB(XrossMediaBar) on the PS3. Basic features and services of PlayStation Home are free of charge. It is currently on open beta and Sony will be adding more contents in the future to bring about an even more dynamic life in PlayStation Home.
