Spaceship and other strange drawings of a paranoid schizophrenia

In 1950, Karl Hans Janke was sent to a psychiatric department for paranoid schizophrenia. Despite being a psychiatric patient, Karl saw himself as an artist and a technical designer. In the next forty years, he made nearly 4000 drawings and models of strange spaceships, machines and devices. You can view some of them here.
