Daiso sells Flags of New Singapore

I spotted this bunch of Singapore flags that they are selling at Daiso, everyone's favourite $2 store. On a closer look...

It says: "Flag of New Singapore". New Singapore? So how does the flag of Old Singapore look like then?

Perhaps the Chinese name 新 of 新加坡 has been translated to mean NEW. In this case they should write is as NEW KAYPO instead.
