Holy shit! CartoonSecrets has discovered a hidden track in a Popeye cartoon. Watch the video above. He says, "From the cartoon Shuteye Popeye, the mouse's audio seems to be a sped up audio outtake with the voice actor." If you don't believe it, try downloading the clip and slow it down yourself.
