How to make a hat with Yoda eyes and ears

Tanya shows us how to make a Yoda hat for Halloween. She writes: "My four year old son decided that he wanted to be Yoda for Halloween. I took about two days to whip up this hat for him. He really wanted the eyes on there. I was just going to do the ears and hair, but he begged me for the eyes!"
