Inside the world’s first ever confectionery extravaganza, Fantasìa by Escribà. Conceptualised in Barcelona, it made its worldwide debut last month in Singapore and it was held at Marina Bay Sands.
Fantasia by Escribà combines the spectacle of live theatrical production with well over 30 confection masterpieces of varying shapes and sizes. Internationally-acclaimed pastry chef Christian Escriba, from family-owned pastry boutique Pasteleria Escriba in Barcelona, teamed up with Brazilian pastry chef Patricia Schmidt, Barcelonian theatre group Comediants' Artistic Director Joan Font I Pujol, and Escriba Asia's co-founder Paul Wakefield to bring Fantasia.
