This over-the-top 1996 Chrevrolet Caprice is decked out with custom Pac-Man leather seats, rims and colour scheme. Mr Pac-Man is the name of the car and I bet the owner is a hardcore Pac-Man fan. He has to be, surely. I wonder if his missus drives a Mrs Pacman car.
