8 photos that show Planking is alive and well in Singapore
The internet phenomenon of planking is the act of lying face down with arms to the sides of the body, in unusual public spaces and photographing it. It originally became popular in Australia and has since become a global trend, even right here in Singapore as you can tell from these pictures of awesome Singaporeans taking part in planking.
According to planking rules, you must always lay face down, ensuring your face remains expressionless for the duration of the plank. Your legs must remain straight, and together with toes pointed. Your arms must be placed by your side, held straight and fingers pointed.
Pictures taken from Planking Singapore Facebook page.
