Optimus Prime made of balloons, has arms that can rotate 360 degrees!

Happy Cabbie made a sculpture of Optimus Prime over the course of two days, using more than 500 balloons. It stands 7 feet tall, almost 5 feet wide and has arms that rotate 360 degrees! Oh, he also did Megatron! Unfortunately, both can't transform.
