CameraSim simulates the Digital SLR camera
CameraSim visually explains the controls of a DLSR camera. Using a specially designed example image, it lets you experiment with wildly different settings and see how each setting affects the final photo. For example, you can change the focal length of the lens to play with the depth of field. (Thanks Vince)
