"The best thing about flying in a small airplane is the view. The worst thing is the noise. What I want is to be able to enjoy the view without having to put up with the noise," says Dan Nachbar. So he decided to build the Personal Blimp, a hot air balloon that uses virtually silent electric motors for propulsion. You can view the pictures here.
