AIMS (Advisory Council on the Impact of New Media on Society) has drafted its consultation paper for the Singapore government. The paper studies the far reaching, social, ethical, legal and regulatory implications of a rapidly growing digital media sector and makes recommendations to the government on how these issues should be managed.
