LG updates its popular Prada phone
Fans of the Prada phone will be happy to hear that LG will be releasing its second Prada phone before the end of the year. Features that were missing in the first Prada phone will now be available in the new Prada phone. You'll get a QWERTY keyboard, 3G compatibility with video calling, 7.2Mbps HSDPA, full HTML browser, 5 mega pixel camera with Schneider-Kreuznach certified lens, and Wi-Fi accessibility!
One of the problems with the original Prada is that texting messages with its virtual alphanumeric keypad can be a little tricky and I know users have been crying out for a QWERTY keyboard. So it's great that LG has decided to include one in the new Prada phone. The new LG Prada phone's QWERTY keyboard slides from under the handset. It's ultra thin, and has a metallic feel that should make it a pleasure to touch and type. I like the addition of 3G and Wi-Fi (finally!) and it will be interesting to see if LG has found a new location for the phone's memory card slot. In the original Prada phone, the memory card slot is placed behind the battery - making it so inconvenient when you need to remove or change cards.
