Extortr is really a neat idea by Tom Scott. With it, you can blackmail anyone in Web 2.0 style. Say you caught a hold of a very hot and scandalous pic/video of someone. Upload it to Extortr, set a price then email the anonymous threat to the person. If he doesn't pay, the upload goes public! Too bad it's just a joke because I can see it doing pretty well.
