This is another one of those crazy Japanese inventions. The USB Head Massager looks like a distant cousin of those evil Sentinels from The Matrix movies. But unlike the Sentinel's search and destroy role, the USB Head Massager is far less deadly. It helps to ease your headache by gently moving its tentacles to massage your head.
