Dude moves to Russia, finds that there's no DSL, so he makes himself a Wi-Fi booster using an Ikea napkin ring, a USB Wi-Fi adapter and some electrical tape to connect to other wireless networks in his neighbourhood. Cool!(Thanks GeekGod)
