Singapore cabbies exposed using Nokia Mobile Navigation
Two friends are out to prove that some cabbies in Singapore are dishonest and that they are just out to cheat their customers. Armed with a video camera and the GPS mobile navigation on their Nokia phone, they boarded various taxis to catch the drivers in the act. Watch the video above. Two more videos here and here.

That's not fair - the route is very legit and what I'd take too.
I agree with anonymous.
GPS shortest route might not be the best route although it says shorter distance by metrics. There are other factors like traffic conditions and stuff which GPS doesn't take into account.
Just my 2 cents :)

i've met my fair share of terrible cab drivers. it's high time someone caught them in the act.
After this cabbies will ban people from shooting videos in their cabs.
i don't need nokie e66 to tell me the cabbies are cheating me.

just don't take cab if you feel that cabbies are out there to cheat you of a few dollar.
Try take cab in Malaysia and you'll find Singapore cab is way better :)
Not all cabbies are like that. But some are really assholes.
