I go take photo of this car who always park at motorbike lot at my place. Nabeh. Dunno how to park then dun drive!

I agree with mr big though; it isn't much use unless these people pay (literally) for their parking misdemeanours.
Most of the time they just don't care, like this non-disabled guy who kept parking in the disabled lot in my estate. He only stopped doing so recently, when someone scratched "F**K YOU" all over his car. Haha!
