Found on Flickr, Mr Brain's Pork Faggots in a rich west country sauce. No, these balls are not from homosexual pigs! I know they still sound horrible but in reality they are much worse! I checked out Urban Dictionary and it says:
A somewhat disgusting ball of minced lard, gristle, fat, liver, intestine, and occasionally pork meat, preferably served in a "rich western country sauce". Although enjoyed by some, this pork delicacy - courtesy of meat producer "Mr. Brain's" - should probably be avoided.(Thanks bkiehl)

I love Brains Faggots! Im being totally serious here. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with them. Some mushy peas and some good quality vinegar over the top. Finished off with some freshly baked rustic bread to soak up the gravy... Delicious! Its a traditional dish around here. I love it!
