What if an ancient gospel were rediscovered that offered a radically different perspective on a man that history has painted as the ultimate villain? What if this account turned Jesus' betrayal on its head and in it, the villain became the hero? Tune is for an exclusive two hour global event that traces the incredible story of what has happened to the Gospel of Judas since it was found, the recent authentication process and analysis, and key insight gleaned from its laborious translation and interpretion.Over at the National Geographic's Lost Gospel site (different from the above link), you can learn more about the project and also view a few pages of the Gospel of Judas in English and Coptic!
Dang. I'm excited. They have been showing the trailer over and over again on NatGeo. This is definitely must watch TV on Sunday. Only one problem. Man Utd vs Arsenal is showing at 11pm. Shit.

Thanks IZ for letting us know. I'm interested to watch this one.
The writer of the Gospel of Judas is anonymous.
Interesting to see how aunthentic is the gospel. Bet the Pope and company will be having sleepless nights.
Sux. No cable at home.
All gospels and holy books are written by men and most of them are unidentified.
wah big game liao...man u vs arsenal. so iz who u supporting?
Maybe its time the world gives him some credit.
Without him, jesus will never die on the cross and christianity will never exist.
It was in the news just now here, Iz. The Coptic Orthodox Church apparently denies the gospel.
There's also the gospel of Mary Magdalene I think.
I know about other Gnostic Gospels like Gospel of St. Andrew but this is the first time I have hear about the Gospel of Judas.
Hope to be enlighten this Sunday.
I watched a lil about it on the news just now. This pastor who was interviewed said it was rubbish. Hmmmm.
Bengster: Yes it is a big game. I'm supporting Man U for a win against the Arse. I'm a Spurs fan. I hate the Arse!
Thanks. Will be watching the natgeo special and the big game tonight!
