The Godzilla building in Tokyo?

The blogger at Ironic Sans thinks that the people of Tokyo should construct a giant building shaped like Godzilla. The Godzilla building should have eyes that flash red so airplanes don’t hit it, an observatory in its mouth so people can have a good scenic view of Tokyo and arms that house a bar and a restaurant. Brilliant idea. Come on Japan. Build one!
