Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue is an animated drug prevention public service television special produced in 1990 starring ALF, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Huey, Dewey and Louie from Ducktales, Winnie-the-Pooh, Tigger, Baby Kermit, Baby Piggy, Baby Gonzo, Papa Smurf, Brainy Smurf, Hefty Smurf, Michelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Garfield, Slimer from The Real Ghostbusters, Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. Remember kids, stay away from drugs!
