The hydrogen is then be transferred to the car's tank and once it is full, the car will run on its own hydrogen fuel-cell system. How's that for a high tech toy!

You don't need any batteries to power the H-racer toy car. Just add water to its solar powered hydrogen refueling station. The station creates hydrogen by electrolysis using water.
