Idiotic referee orders penalty kick to be repeated 6 times

I'm not sure which teams were playing in this football match but this has got to be the most ridiculous/idiotic referee ever. He made sure that the penalty kick was taken 6 times before he was satisfied. I was looking at the video closely to find out what's wrong with the penalty kicks. Ok, maybe the other players may have stepped into the box when the penalty was taken but what the hell?! Was he being difficult or what?

He was just being too strict.
I don't think Premiership referees would ask a penalty kick to be retaken 6 times!
Maybe he was hoping that the goalkeeper could save it.
I have never seen anything like this.
