On Sunday, a man fell down the track at Bishan MRT station. This happened just two days after a woman was hit by a train at Woodlands MRT station. Luckily in this incident, a commuter pressed the "stop" button in time. The MRT train driver also stepped on his brakes when he saw a man lying on the track. Reports say that the man was high on drugs and slipped onto the tracks when he was walking on the platform. How much longer can SMRT afford to wait to install those platform doors that I have been talking about in my previous posts?
(Thanks Shy)
